4 मिश्री धागे वाली - ५० ग्राम

इन को पीस लेना है, शान लेना है।  एयर टाइट कंटेनर में दाल लेना है।  एक -एक चमच सवेरे - शाम खाना खाने के बाद लेना है 

पहले एक महीना 

फिर  दस दिन नहीं लेना 

फिर एक महीना 

फिर  दस दिन नहीं लेना 

ऐसे तीन -चार महीना तक लेना ह।  आप देखेंगे कि आपके बाल काळा होना शुरू हो रहे है।

उन्हें पीसना है, गर्व करना है।  हवा तंग कंटेनरों में दालों को लेने के लिए।  एक -एक चम्मच सुबह - रात के खाने के बाद लेना है 

पहला एक महीना 

फिर से दस दिन न लें 

फिर एक महीना 

फिर से दस दिन न लें 

तीन -महीने के लिए ऐसा महीने लेने के लिए।  आप देखेंगे कि आपके बाल बढ़ने लगे हैं।
